Greg's interests in real estate, construction and property development are rooted back to being 5 years old and playing in Grandpa's workshop. Grandpa was a carpenter by trade and retired as supervisor of carpentry for the Burnaby School Board in the early 80s. It was with Grandpa's help that he learned many basic carpentry skills and fell in love with building things.

Through his teenage years Greg spent every summer working on his uncle's ranch in Keremeos. It was in these critical molding years that he learned what hard work and a strong work ethic is. Yet he also learned that no matter how much work is to be done or how hard it is, there is always time to have a laugh.

After finishing high school and while attending college Greg worked for Canada Safeway as a customer service clerk. Greg developed a real appreciation for the value and benefit of providing a high level of customer service from his time at Canada Safeway and other service related jobs he held while attending the University of Victoria.

Greg's studies in Electrical Engineering at the University of Victoria and his participation in the co-op program shifted his career into computers where the building of 'things' was more hands on.

For over 10 years Greg worked on complex computer systems in a variety of senior technical roles for organizations like BC Systems, the Province of BC, Westcoast Energy, ISM-BC, Nabisco Canada and IBM Canada.

In his spare time, Greg has bought fixer uppers and done every aspect of construction renovation with his own hands.

In 2001 Greg sought to shift gears again and marry his passion and interest in real estate, construction and property development with his entrepreneurial spirit and skills in computers.

Greg has developed and built the most advanced set of real estate tools available to Realtors in B.C. The tools are only available to a select set of Realtors and only Greg is fully capable of maximizing their utility and functionality to give his buyers and sellers a leg up over others in the market place.

Greg is constantly having his website and tools refined so that his customers are always on the leading edge of technology while working with someone who has deep rooted beliefs in old fashioned personal customer service.
